By accessing or using UrbanPlanning.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
UrbanPlanning.app is a cloud-based project management platform for urban planners and their clients. Features include plan check tracking, task management, file storage, drawings management, financial tracking, reporting, and third-party integrations (QuickBooks Online, Google Drive, Dropbox).
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@urbanplanning.app.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All plans include a 14-day free trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account remains active through the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refund requests for annual plans must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date by contacting support@urbanplanning.app. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; upload malicious files or code; interfere with the Service's operation; resell access without authorization.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Intuit QuickBooks, Google, Dropbox). Your use of these integrations is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling beyond our control. You may disconnect integrations at any time.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrbanPlanning.app shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UrbanPlanning.app from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@urbanplanning.app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
