UrbanPlanning.app ("we," "our," or "us") operates the urbanplanning.app website and platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (encrypted). If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers.
Project Data: Files, drawings, notes, tasks, contacts, and other content you upload or create within the platform are stored securely in our database.
Third-Party Integrations: If you connect QuickBooks Online, Google Drive, or Dropbox, we store OAuth tokens (encrypted) to maintain your connection. We access only the data necessary to provide the integration features you authorize.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymized analytics such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the platform.
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the platform; process transactions; send service-related communications; improve features and user experience; comply with legal obligations.
When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, we access your financial data (invoices, customers, payments) solely to display and sync this information within your UrbanPlanning.app workspace. We do not sell, share, or use your QuickBooks data for any purpose other than providing the integration service you requested. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time, which revokes our access and deletes stored tokens.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: service providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Intuit) necessary to operate the platform; law enforcement if required by law; successor entities in the event of a merger or acquisition.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, row-level security policies, and secure token storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@urbanplanning.app.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; export your data; withdraw consent for optional processing.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Our service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
